If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including parents and children accessing the service through an invite.

2. Description of Service

Chore Scorez is a family chore and reward management platform that allows parents to assign household chores to children, track completion, and manage rewards including allowance, privileges, and gifts. The service is provided as a web application.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• Parent accounts must be created by individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
• Child accounts are created only through a parent-generated invite and are linked to the parent's household.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or another user's account.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the service.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or servers.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Chore Scorez, including chore submission photos and household data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the rights of others and complies with all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Chore Scorez name, logo, and all software, design, and content created by us are the property of Chore Scorez and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Chore Scorez is a tool to assist with family chore management. We are not responsible for any disputes, financial arrangements, or decisions made between parents and children using the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chore Scorez and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms
